Booking & Payment
Photo sessions are by appointment only. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Payment details, including session fees, cancellation policy, and rescheduling terms, will be provided at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and circumstances. Alexis reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, or other unexpected events.
Image Delivery
Final edited images will be delivered via online gallery or other agreed-upon method. Delivery timelines will be discussed during booking. Raw or unedited files are not provided.
Personal Use License
Clients receive a personal-use license for their purchased images. You may print and share the photos for personal use. Commercial use (e.g., advertising, selling products) is not permitted unless arranged by separate agreement.
Gallery Access
Private galleries may be password-protected. Clients are responsible for sharing passwords with authorized viewers. Alexis Feist Photography is not responsible for misuse of access links or passwords.
Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide high-quality service, Alexis Feist Photography is not liable for any damages resulting from website use, technical errors, session cancellation, or image delivery issues.
